Payment and security
When do you charge me?
The moment you confirm your card
The moment you confirm your card at checkout — you're not charged before that (not when adding products to the cart, not when filling in your details).
What exactly happens?
- 1
You confirm your card
Stripe attempts the real charge with your bank.
- 2
If it works
the order moves to "Payment confirmed" and only then does production start — nothing gets printed or sent to suppliers before that.
- 3
If it fails
(card declined, insufficient funds, etc.): you're not charged anything, the order stays as "Payment failed" and you can try again.
This whole process takes a few seconds — checkout shows you the result as soon as Stripe confirms, with no mysterious "pending" charge showing up on your account.
No hidden charges
you're only charged when you confirm your card.
Secure
payment is processed by Stripe, with the same level of security as any online bank.
Transparent
you get a confirmation email as soon as you're charged, and you can check your order status anytime on "Track order".
