Cookie Policy
This store does not use its own cookies or analytics cookies. The cart is saved in your browser, and only during checkout does Stripe set technical security cookies.
Spanish is the legally operative version of this document. The Asturian, English and French versions are courtesy translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Use of cookies on this Site
The Site does not use its own cookies. It does not implement server sessions or any cookie mechanism for its own operation.
2. Shopping cart: local storage, not a cookie
The shopping cart's content is saved in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie. This information stays only on the user's device, for the sole functional purpose of remembering products added to the cart between visits, and is not shared with third parties.
3. Stripe cookies during checkout
Only during the checkout process, upon entering the payment step, the Stripe payment system loads, setting its own security and fraud-prevention cookies: __stripe_mid (device identifier, lasting approximately one year) and __stripe_sid (session identifier, expiring after 30 minutes). Both are aimed exclusively at distinguishing legitimate buyers from fraud attempts during the payment process that the user has chosen to start.
These cookies fall under the exception in art. 22.2.b) of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) — cookies strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user — and do not require prior consent. For more information, see Stripe’s cookie policy: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
4. No analytics or advertising cookies
The Site does not use cookies or similar technologies for behavioural analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking purposes. If such a tool is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and the prior-consent mechanism required by law will be implemented.
5. Legal basis
This policy is based on art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), as amended by Royal Decree-Law 13/2012, and the Cookie Guide published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
