Is it about an order you've already placed?
Always include your order number (it's in the confirmation email or under "Track order") — that way we find it right away, no back and forth.
Product issue (damage, colour, defect)?
Add photos in good light (a general shot and a close-up) — the clearer the problem shows, the faster we can sort it out.

Check it at "Track order" with the email you gave when buying and the code that email sends you — no need to write to us.
