Legal notice
Who is behind this store, which regulations apply, and which policies govern your purchase.
Spanish is the legally operative version of this document. The Asturian, English and French versions are courtesy translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Identification of the site owner
In compliance with the general information duty set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information is provided:

- Contact phone: none. Customer support is provided exclusively by email.
- Website: https://tienda.lavieya.com.
2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website https://tienda.lavieya.com (the "Site"), through which Tever Díaz García ("La Vieya Asturies") sells print-on-demand merchandise featuring designs from the La Vieya fanzine, manufactured on demand through external manufacturing providers (currently Printful; Lulu is planned for the future for printed books/fanzines, not yet integrated).
Access to the Site and making purchases implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Returns Policy.
3. Territorial scope of sales
Sales through the Site are limited to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are expressly excluded due to a different tax regime (IGIC/VAT exemption) not currently supported by the store's billing system. This restriction is applied automatically during checkout via postcode validation.
4. Consumer and user status
Access to the Site and placing orders is reserved for adults with legal capacity to contract, under the general contractual capacity rules of the Spanish Civil Code. Purchases of personalised made-to-order products are additionally subject to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) — see the Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy for details.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Site is Tever Díaz García, natural person, Tax ID 71661831H — the same and only legal owner identified in section 1.
"Xiringase" is the umbrella brand under which Tever Díaz García already develops his portfolio of projects (La Vieya Asturies being one of several), although it does not yet have its own legal personality: no company named "Xiringase" with its own Tax ID currently exists. In this legal notice, "Xiringase" is mentioned solely as the owner's umbrella brand/project name, never as part of his mandatory legal identification, which remains exclusively Tever Díaz García.
The designs, texts, illustrations (including La Vieya's characters, among them "Gochonos"), logos, the "La Vieya Asturies" brand, and other Site content are original work and the exclusive property of Tever Díaz García (also operating under the umbrella brand "Xiringase"), protected under intellectual property law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the recast text of the Intellectual Property Law.
© 2026 Xiringase (Tever Díaz García) / La Vieya Asturies™. All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercialisation, in whole or in part, of the Site's content, designs, characters and brand without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
The name “La Vieya Asturies” is currently in the process of trademark registration before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), in the name of Tever Díaz García, under Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks — not yet granted as of this document. The ™ symbol (indicating a mark in use/application) is therefore used, not the ® symbol (which presupposes a mark already granted).
6. Liability for the Site's content and operation
The owner does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Site and will not be liable for damages arising from unavailability or discontinuity of the Site's operation, nor for errors accessing its various pages or those from which services are provided, insofar as such circumstances are due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.
The owner takes utmost care to ensure the Site's information is accurate and up to date, although it cannot guarantee the absence of occasional errors in its content or that such content is permanently updated. Where the Site includes links to third-party websites, the owner assumes no responsibility for the content, operation or availability of such sites, whose access is beyond its control.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies to any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site. Notwithstanding the above, and in accordance with the consumer protection regime (art. 90.2 TRLGDCU, which declares abusive any submission to a jurisdiction other than the consumer's domicile), where the user is a consumer, jurisdiction will be that established by law, with no possibility of agreeing a different jurisdiction to the consumer's detriment.
For resolving consumer disputes, users may access the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (pursuant to art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013).
8. Reference to other Site policies
This Legal Notice is complemented by the Site's other policies, linked at the bottom of this page.
