How many days does my order take to arrive?

It's a rough estimate, not a promise of an exact deadline: since everything is made to order, the total time has two parts added together — production (2-5 business days, depending on the piece and the production workload at the time) plus shipping to mainland Spain/Balearic Islands (2-5 business days more). All told, expect between 5 and 10 business days from the moment you confirm payment until it reaches you — that's the deadline we commit to. The law (art. 66 bis TRLGDCU) allows quite a bit more leeway, up to a maximum of 30 calendar days when no deadline has been agreed, and if even that maximum isn't met, you'd have the right to cancel the contract. But that's not our goal: if it takes longer than the 5-10 days we quoted, get in touch.
