Shipping
How do I know where my order is?
The one physically shipping it is Printful, our supplier — they pack it, hand it to the carrier, and generate the real tracking number once the order goes out (we never touch the package ourselves).
Here's how your order's status moves along:
- Sent to the manufacturer: we receive payment and pass it on to Printful.
- In production: Printful is making your piece.
- Shipped: it's out the door, and this is where the carrier's tracking link appears.
From that point on, the exact detail (in transit, out for delivery, delivered) is handled by the carrier itself, not us — follow it from their link, the most reliable source for knowing exactly where the package is.
How do you check all this? On "Track order", with just the email you gave when buying and the code that same email gives you, no account needed — there's no tracking link in the confirmation email itself, you need to check it there. If you bought products from more than one supplier, your order may split into more than one shipment — each with its own status and its own tracking link, independently.
The status doesn't change instantly — Printful updates it as the real order moves forward, not because we force it, and it can take a little while to update after the carrier scans the package.
