Every clothing product page has a real size guide with measurements in centimetres — no guessing from S/M/L. Open "See size guide" next to the size selector: you'll see a table comparing your own body measurement (not the garment laid flat) against the available size range. They're approximate and provided by the supplier — they can vary by up to 5 cm. How do you take measurements at home? With a soft tape measure (if you don't have one, a piece of string works too — just measure the string with a ruler afterwards): Chest: wrap it around the widest part of your chest, under your arms, without pulling the tape tight.. Length: from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the neck) to where you want the garment to end.. Sleeve length: from the shoulder seam to where you want the sleeve to end, with your arm slightly bent. If you're torn between two sizes, the most reliable approach is comparing the table's measurements against a garment you already own and fits well — don't rely only on the size you usually buy from other brands, each supplier cuts differently.
