The colour I got isn't exactly the one in the photo, is that normal?
Three real causes
Small tone differences can be normal.
Your screen
every screen (phone, laptop, monitor) shows colour slightly differently depending on calibration and brightness. The same photo can look more saturated on one phone and duller on another — it's not a change in the garment, it's your device.
The fabric itself
white can look slightly "broken" rather than pure white, and Natural can have darker flecks — these are fabric properties, not printing defects.
Variation between fabric batches
clothing is made to order with fabric that arrives in different batches from the base manufacturer (not Printful, the blank textile manufacturer). Between one batch and another there can be small tone differences, just like between two pairs of jeans of the same model bought months apart.
When is it NOT expected variation, but an actual fault?
Wrong colour
you ordered one colour and a clearly different one arrived (for example, Navy and Black arrived instead).
Stains
there are stains or dirt on the garment that shouldn't be there.
Print defects
the print comes out blurry, damaged, with transparency issues, or misaligned.
Tone too different
the tone is so far off the original it can't be explained by screen calibration or the other two causes.
If it's one of these cases, write to us with photos (overall and close-up, in good light) and we'll sort it out — that's not normal and you shouldn't have to live with it.
