Can I return a product if I've changed my mind?

No, except for a manufacturing defect or our error: every t-shirt/hoodie/piece is printed to order with the La Vieya design specifically for you, with no one else able to buy it — so the standard 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply. The regulation explicitly excludes personalised products: under art. 103.c) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). It's not that we enjoy the fine print, it's the law.

• Return/exchange IS accepted for: a manufacturing defect, our error (you received a different size or colour than what you ordered), or damage that happened in transit.
• NOT accepted for: "I've changed my mind", "it wasn't what I expected", or a size chosen wrong by the buyer themselves — check the size guide properly before ordering, that's what it's there for.
