6. What happens after I pay?

Your order goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed — never before. Three things happen at that point:

• You see it on the confirmation page, with your order number.
• You get a confirmation email from the shop (not the generic Stripe receipt) with the same number in the subject line and body.
• You can look it up anytime in "Track order", with the email you gave when buying and the code that same email gives you — no account needed.

Keep that email, it's your proof of purchase and the fastest way to check your order status later on.
